The final weeks are where I step in.
Around six weeks before your wedding, I step in and take over the coordination of the day. I'll get up to speed with your plans, review your timeline, liaise with your suppliers, confirm the details and make sure everyone knows what they're doing and when. By the time your wedding arrives, you shouldn't be answering questions, chasing suppliers or checking the clock. That's my job.
You don't need to manage the wedding you planned.
Once I take over, I'm the person suppliers come to. I'm keeping an eye on the timeline, managing the moving parts and dealing with the little things you shouldn't even know happened.
What's included
Final planning handover
Getting fully up to speed with everything you've already planned.
Supplier liaison
Communicating with your suppliers and making sure everyone has the information they need.
Final confirmations
Checking timings, arrival details, responsibilities and outstanding logistics.
Master timeline
Creating or refining the running order so everyone knows what happens and when.
Wedding-day management
Running the day behind the scenes and keeping everything moving.
Set-up & styling
Putting agreed details and décor into place so the space is ready for your guests.
Problem-solving
Handling the unexpected quietly and practically so you don't have to.
Guest & supplier coordination
Being the point of contact for the people who need answers on the day.
Where my role ends.
I'm there to coordinate and manage your wedding — not to provide catering, serve food, clear tables or take on venue-staff responsibilities. Your venue and specialist suppliers remain responsible for their own areas, while I keep the overall day moving smoothly.
