Refund Policy
1. Booking Fees & Deposits
To secure wedding planning or coordination services with Blissfully Sorted Weddings, a non-refundable booking fee (deposit) is required along with a signed contract.
The booking fee secures your wedding date and covers initial planning work, administration, and the reservation of services.
As this date is reserved exclusively for you, the booking fee is strictly non-refundable.
2. Cancellations by the Client
If you choose to cancel your booking:

The booking fee/deposit will not be refunded.

Any additional payments made may be subject to the terms outlined in your signed contract.
Refund eligibility (if any) will depend on how close the cancellation is to the wedding date and the work already completed.
Full details regarding cancellations are outlined in your individual client contract.
3. Payments Made in Error
If a payment has been made in error (for example, a duplicate payment), please contact us immediately.
Verified duplicate or incorrect payments will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Digital Services & Planning Work
Where planning work, consultations, or digital services have already been delivered, refunds will not be issued for completed work.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, Blissfully Sorted Weddings reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Any goodwill refunds are entirely at our discretion and do not set a precedent.
