Service Description

My role is to step in during the final weeks before your wedding, take everything off your plate, and make sure your day flows exactly as it should — without you (or your family!) having to worry about a single detail. This service is perfect for couples who have planned everything themselves but don’t want to be answering supplier calls, directing guests or checking timelines on the morning of their wedding. It works especially well for dry hire venues, marquees and tipi weddings where there are lots of moving parts. What’s included: • A detailed consultation around 6 weeks before your wedding • Full review of your plans and supplier details • Taking over communication with suppliers in the lead-up to the day • Creation of a clear, seamless wedding day timeline • Liaising with your venue (and site visit if required) • Coordinating supplier arrivals and set-up • Managing the flow of the day from start to finish • Being the main point of contact for everyone involved • Unlimited support in the lead-up On the day itself, I ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes — so you can fully relax and soak it all in. Your bridesmaids shouldn’t be chasing florists. Your mum shouldn’t be checking if the cake has arrived. And you definitely shouldn’t be worrying about what’s happening next. You should be sipping fizz, laughing with your favourite people, and feeling completely present — knowing everything is being taken care of.
